Terms of Service - TODO Gamificado

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TODO Gamificado! By accessing the website or using the TODO Gamificado mobile or web application ("Application"), independently developed by Vítor Alcântara de Almeida ("Developer"), you agree to be bound by and comply fully with these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to any provision set forth in these Terms, please do not use the Application.

2. Description and Purpose of the Service

TODO Gamificado is a personal task management and productivity application designed with gamification mechanics.

• The service allows users to create tasks and subtasks, organize categories and lists, set due dates, and earn motivational points for completing daily activities.
• Earned points can be redeemed for reward tickets for leisure activities and personal rest.
• The service functions primarily in an offline, local-first mode on the user's device, while also providing optional cloud synchronization features.

3. Integration with Google Services and Third-Party Accounts

The Application provides optional integrations with the user's Google Account utilizing official Google APIs:

• Google Sign-In: Used for secure authentication and real-time cloud data synchronization via Firebase Cloud Firestore.
• Google Calendar: Used to synchronize calendar events corresponding to tasks with scheduled due dates and times.

By enabling Google integration, you acknowledge that the use of Google services is also governed by Google's Terms of Service and that TODO Gamificado strictly complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, storage, and processing of user data in TODO Gamificado are governed by our Privacy Policy, which constitutes an integral part of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights regarding the software, user interface design, logos, visual assets, and source code belong exclusively to the Developer.

Users are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the Application on their devices for personal, non-commercial purposes.

All content created by the user within the Application—including task titles, descriptions, checklists, and notes—belongs exclusively to the respective user.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• The Developer does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that synchronization with third-party cloud infrastructure (such as Google Calendar or Firebase) will be free from external platform outages.
• Users are solely responsible for keeping backup copies of any critical routine information.
• Under no circumstances shall the Developer be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application.

7. Termination and Modifications

The Developer reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Application at any time. These Terms of Service may be updated periodically, and your continued use of the Application following modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may terminate your use of the Application at any time by uninstalling the application or revoking permissions from your Google Account via Google's official security dashboard: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

8. Governing Law and Contact Information

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Law No. 12,965/2014) and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).
